Is the consultation free?
Yes, the first conversation and initial assessment are free and without obligation. The goal is for both sides to understand the situation and assess whether collaboration makes sense.
What should I prepare before the first conversation?
It's enough to know your website URL, which tools and channels you use (booking portals, social media, CRM) and where the biggest pain points are in the digital side of your business. You don't need a prepared brief.
Do you work with clients outside Montenegro?
Yes, we work with clients from Serbia, Austria, Luxembourg and the wider EU. Communication is online, and location is no barrier to quality work.
How quickly can we start?
After the first conversation and agreement, we usually start within 1–2 weeks. The timeline depends on the project's complexity and the team's current availability.
What does the collaboration look like after the first contact?
After the introductory conversation, we send a brief analysis and a proposed approach. If we agree, we define scope, phases and deadlines. We work transparently with regular reports and clear milestones.
