These terms apply to the website leovacdigital.me and to Leovac Digital Publisher, the tool we use to publish our own content on social networks. By using the website you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

2. Use of the website
The website presents our company, our services and our articles. You may read, share and link to its pages for personal and business purposes.
You may not use the website in a way that harms it, its users or third parties, or attempt to access parts of it that are not public.
3. Content and intellectual property
Texts, articles, photographs, graphics, the logo and the design of the website belong to Leovac Digital s.r.o. or are used with permission or under a license.
Short quotations with a clear source and a link to the original page are welcome. Any other copying or reuse requires our written permission.
4. Services and offers
Information on the website about services and prices is general and is not a binding offer. Every project is agreed in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
5. Leovac Digital Publisher and social networks
Leovac Digital Publisher is an internal tool. It publishes content created and approved by Leovac Digital to Leovac Digital's own accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. It is not offered to other users.
On TikTok the tool uses Login Kit and the Content Posting API. After the account owner logs in and gives permission, the tool reads basic profile information and uploads our videos and photo posts, either as drafts for the owner to finish in the TikTok app or as direct posts.
Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish our own content. Access can be withdrawn at any time in the TikTok app settings. Use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's own terms and policies.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other websites
The website may link to websites of third parties. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
7. Liability
We take care that the information on the website is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website or from relying on its content.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last change.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
