Context
Pasia d.o.o. is a rent-a-car agency that wanted a complete digital transformation of its business — from vehicle entry, galleries, and equipment to online bookings and full control over pricing and availability.
The goal was clear:
create a powerful yet simple system that speeds up operations, reduces errors, and increases bookings.
Challenge
Before the platform was developed:
- bookings were processed manually
- prices were not automatically calculated
- there was no system for seasonal periods and day-based rules
- vehicle records were not centralized
- user experience was not optimized for mobile phones
- online payment integration was missing
- real-time availability overview was not possible
The agency needed a custom system, not a ready-made template.
Solution
We created a complete rent-a-car ecosystem combining UX, booking logic, dynamic pricing, and vehicle management.
1. Custom design in Figma
Before development, we created a complete design:
- homepage optimized for booking
- all vehicles page
- individual vehicle page
- checkout and booking
- admin panel
The design was developed in line with the Pasia Rent a Car brand, with a clear focus on mobile use.
2. Vehicle management (Fleet Management)
The system enables:
- adding new vehicles
- cloning existing ones (for faster entry)
- image galleries and equipment
- fuel type, transmission, and categories (economic, SUV, luxury…)
- technical details and additional information
Everything is organized so the agency can manage the entire fleet independently.
3. Advanced pricing engine
One of the most complex elements was price calculation — so we fully automated it:
- rules by days (1–3 days, 4–7 days, 8–14 days…)
- seasonal prices by month
- different prices for summer and winter
- additional equipment (booster seat, GPS…)
- vehicle delivery price and deposit
- automatic calculations for all parameters
Everything works in real time — the user instantly sees the final price.
4. Online bookings
Users can:
- select dates and locations
- choose additional equipment
- get the final price
- book a vehicle online
- make an online payment
The agency receives email notifications for every new booking.
5. Admin panel
The admin panel enables:
- booking management
- overview of all payments
- filtering by ID, name, email, payment code
- status tracking (processing, confirmed, cancelled)
- calendar view of availability
- user and vehicle management
- statistics and financial data
