Service · UX & web design

UX and web that drive bookings Pages and content that clearly lead to a booking or inquiry — without information overload.

First impressions and page flow determine whether a user books or leaves. The UX & web layer turns strategy into a clear path to action — focusing on what the user needs to make a decision.

  • • UX and website structure aligned with the funnel and goals
  • • Key pages designed for bookings, inquiries, or calls
  • • Clear CTA elements, forms, and trust blocks in the right places
  • • Specialized experience with websites for hotels, apartments, tours, and rent-a-car
  • • UX that considers team operations, not just visual impressions
  • • Copy and content tailored to your guests' language and expectations

Clear flows = fewer missed opportunities. The UX & web layer is where decisions happen — we don't leave it to chance.

Who is this service for

UX and web layer for teams that want a website that works, not just exists

  • • hotels, apartments, and property management that want more website visitors to become direct bookings
  • • rent-a-car agencies with fleets and multiple locations, where many inquiries currently 'fall through' because the website doesn't clearly lead to a booking
  • • real estate agencies and investors who need a clear flow from landing page to inquiry for a specific property
  • • businesses that have a 'nice website' but feel it doesn't convert enough visitors into concrete actions

We might not be the best fit if:

  • • you're looking exclusively for a visual redesign without thinking about the funnel and conversions
  • • you expect results without willingness to change content, structure, or communication approach
  • • your focus is only on visit count, rather than on bookings and inquiries
  • • you're looking for the cheapest possible solution just to 'have something online'

Key elements

UX and web layer as a bridge between strategy and results

The UX & web layer is where strategy, content, and design meet. Instead of piling up pages, we create a clear flow that naturally leads to a booking or inquiry.

UX map and information architecture

Structuring pages in Figma wireframes by user and business priorities — with a focus on responsive design and accessibility standards.

Key pages and layouts

Home, services, rooms/tours, landing pages, blog... Each page has a clear role in the funnel and a defined 'next action'.

Conversion elements

Forms, CTAs, trust blocks (reviews, references, guarantees), FAQ sections, and mini-maps — positioned based on heatmap analysis and CRO principles, at points where users make decisions.

Content & microcopy

Headlines, subheadings, helper text, and form messages that address hesitations and guide users forward without additional confusion.

Recognizing the situation

How do you know you need a stronger UX & web layer, not just a new design?

The most common signals that it's time to shift focus from a 'nice website' to UX, flows, and conversions:

'People come to the website, but we don't get enough inquiries'

Analytics show visits, but forms and phone calls don't match that level of interest.

'We have plenty of information, but not much clarity'

Pages are long, there's a lot of text and sections, but users don't know what the next step is or what's relevant to them.

'The website looks nice, but it doesn't sell'

Design is modern, but there are no clear CTA elements, trust blocks, or content that directly helps decision-making.

'People call us with questions the website should have already answered'

The team spends time on the same answers repeatedly, instead of the website covering 80% of common questions and shortening the path to booking.

Hotel with improved direct bookings

Coastal hotel — more direct bookings

A website redesign and channel manager integration led to a rise in direct bookings and lower portal commissions.

Example: +27% direct bookings in the first 6 months.

Rent-a-car fleet displayed on website

Rent-a-car fleet — less manual work

A centralized system for vehicles, pricing and availability reduced duplicate entries and calendar errors.

Example: up to 40% less manual work in operations.

Collaboration steps

How we approach the UX & web layer — from diagnostics to functional pages

The goal is not to create another 'nice' prototype, but a UX and web layer you actually want to use in campaigns because you know it works.

  1. 1

    UX audit and data analysis

Review of the existing website, analytics, hotjar/recording tools (if available), inquiries, and most common questions. We map where people drop off and what's unclear to them.

  2. 2

    Wireframe and key page structure

We define flows and layouts for key pages — which sections go in what order, where content fits, where the CTA and trust blocks go.

  3. 3

    Implementation and iterations

Working with your or our team, we go through implementation, real-world testing, and first adjustments based on data and feedback.

Budgets and collaboration models

Estimated costs for UX & web layer

The scope of work depends on the number of key pages, existing content, and level of customization. These are the ranges most engagements fall into — excluding license costs and external tools.

One-time UX & conversion audit

Review of the existing website, identifying bottlenecks in flows, recommendations for layout, CTAs, and content.

Typically in the range of 350-1,200 EUR one-time.

UX & web for key pages

Defining structure, layouts, and content framework for key pages (home, services, rooms/tours, landing pages).

Typically in the range of 1,500-4,000 EUR, depending on the number of pages and complexity.

Continuous testing and improvement

Monthly monitoring of user behavior, A/B testing of key elements, layout and content iterations.

Retainer models typically 800-1,500 EUR per month.

The final proposal is defined after a brief review and understanding where you are now and what results you want to achieve in the next 6-12 months.

FAQ

Most common questions before UX & web layer work

Do you do design as well, or just UX structure?

We do both — but we always start from UX, flows, and goals. Design comes after we know what the page needs to achieve.

Can we keep the existing design and just improve the UX?

Often it's possible to keep the visual identity and improve flows, layout, and content. During the audit, we'll suggest whether that makes sense.

Does this include development?

It can, but doesn't have to. Sometimes we deliver the UX and web framework to your team or existing agency, and sometimes we lead the implementation together.

How quickly can we see results?

First changes in conversions are often visible right after launching new key pages, especially when there's existing traffic.

Do we need to have all content ready upfront?

No. We often work on content structure and microcopy together, so you know exactly what you need and how to prepare it.

Quick UX & web review

Request a UX & conversion review of your website

We review how users currently navigate your website — from first impression to booking or inquiry — and you get a clear proposal on how the UX & web layer can work for you.

  • • brief UX & conversion audit of the existing website
  • • mapping key pages and drop-off points
  • • recommendations for UX, layout, and content that drive action
  • • priorities for the next 90-180 days

A review doesn't mean a commitment to work together — the goal is to see if we can realistically help and if we're a good fit.

No obligation. If we determine we're not a good fit, we'll say so openly.
